Can I use this on more than one device?

The answer is yes, you can use it on any device that it will work on, but you can only use one device at a time. YOU MUST LOG OFF, the first device to be able to use it on the second device.


Why are a few channels not working?

It's a normal situation for IPTV, give them some time, they may correct them-self, then if they are still out, Please let us know which channels are not working, we will deal with it as soon as possible to get them back up.


How do I pay for your service and how is the billing handled?

Bills will be emailed to you Approximately 10 days prior due date, Service will terminate at the end of your service term automatically and will only work when service is paid. You will not experience an interruption if not pay before hand or before expiration date.



Why does my video stop and start, some time in quick succession?

What if there are channels that I do not want to watch?

Can I record my movies and shows?

Yes, you can record them with a built in recorder and you can chose where they are stored.


Are you a foreign Company ?

Are there channels available from other countries?

Yes, we have channels from most countries, some may be included in your package.
Others may require a small additional charge. Inquire about any country that you may want included, to see what we have available for you.
